Shipping
We ship to the UK, the European Union, the United States and Canada.
All our products are packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
It takes typically 1-3 days to prepare your order prior to shipping.
- For UK orders, please allow 2-4 working days for orders shipped using our FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class offering, or 1-2 working days if Royal Mail 1st Class is selected.
- For European Union orders, please allow 3-5 working days for shipping. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International.
- For United States and Canada orders, please allow 6-7 working days for shipping. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International.

We Gladly Accept Returns
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return items within 30 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We Don’t Accept Exchanges or Cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed for non-UK deliveries
The buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs due (such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees) once the package arrives in the destination country.
The Following Items Can’t Be Returned Or Exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
Covid-19
Royal Mail is operating under difficult circumstances and some delays to services are possible. Your delivery may take a few days longer than normal. This is out of our control. We will make and dispatch your order as quickly as possible but please leave extra time for your order to arrive.
